Joe calls Twan about some information on Tina that Twan had asked for. Joe tells Twan that Tina has given up whoring herself and actually got a job, to which both Joe and Twan laugh at. Joe is able to get the exact address to where Tina is working at, which is in a restaurant called "Shay Shay's Diner". Joe also let's Twan know that Roxanne is working at the restaurant as well. After Twan realizes he is parked outside of the restaurant, he hangs up the phone call with Joe.[1]

- The only reference to Joe's name is when Twan is speaking to him on the phone about Tina, and says "You feel me, Joe?"; besides that reference, no actual reference to his name is made.[1]
